3-cheeses tart / Tarte aux 3 fromages

I make tart once a week because it is a family favorite. I make leek tart, tart with ham, or even without any vegetable or meat filling. Just like the tart i have made few days ago, full with lots of cheeses :)
When making pastry dough click here for the recipe. Cook the pastry dought in the oven for 15 minutes at 175 °C.
                  for the mixture you'll need 100g of grated comté, emmental and edam
                                                                   4 eggs, 25 cl. cream
In a glass bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream, add cheeses. Mix well, salt and pepper ( according to taste ) and a heaping spoon of flour. Mix thoroughly using a fork.
When the pastry dough is done, add the mixture. Place in the oven and let it cook for another 30 minutes or until done ( you can check it inserting a toothpick if nothing sticks on it then the tart is completely cook )
I let my cheese tart rest more in the oven for another 5 minutes and look it was nicely brown on top
