Ingredients :
200g black chocolate
150g butter
50g flour
150g sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
Procedure :
Break the chocolates into pieces.In the glass bowl, melt the chocolates with the butter ( au bain marie /water bath ). Break the eggs separate the egg yolks.
Whisk the egg whites firmly using an electric mixer add a pinch of salt.

Add the egg yolks one at a time into chocolate mixture
Add the flour+baking powder+sugar
Then add the stiff egg whites into chocolate mixture.
Brush with butter a rectangular baking tray and pour in the batter.
Heat the oven at 180° and cook for 30 minutes.
Let it cool for a little minute then cut into squares.
I served mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yum! :)
