DAY 2 - Breakfast
Black coffee or tea
1 egg
1/2 banana
1 toast
Lunch
1 cup of cottage cheese
5 saltine crakers
Dinner
1 skinless chicken breast
1 cup brocolli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
For my breakfast, i had sunny side up egg seasoned with salt and pepper. Lunch, i sipped espresso dipping my oatflakes crackers. Dinner, boiled piece of chicken fillet with veggies and consumed rest of banana from breakfast meal. Next, the last day menu day three :)
