DAY-3 Breakfast
Black coffee or tea
5 saltine crackers
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 small apple
Lunch
1 hard-boiled egg
1 slice of toast
Dinner
1 cup of tuna
1 cup of peas or carrots
1 cup of cauliflower
1/2 cantaloupe
1/2 cup lowfat yogurt
I had coffee in my breakfast and love it everytime with crackers ( i had plain crackers ) a slice of what only cheese we have in the fridge. lunch, a slice of wholewheat bread with hard boiled egg. i had almost nothing for lunch but still i survived without eating rice hehehe dinner, uhmm had steamed veggies and rest of grapefruit from day one's breakfast :) FIN

thanks for dropping by chona! yummy pero talagang portion lang ang kakainin that's the trick. good luck on your diet. i will have to rebegin mine i gained 1 kilo more :(
