Mushroom-Ham Tart

Maruhya's way of cooking when she's in a lazy mood. Good thing, we have all the necessary ingredients for this yummy quick mushroom-ham tart! Dyaran!!!
Ingredients : 1 roll pastry dough ( bought in the grocery )
cooking oil
100g french mushrooms
100g ham ( chopped )
1 big onion ( minced )
4 eggs
50g cheese ( grated )
salt and pepper
In a pan, heat the oil. Sautéed onion, mushrooms then chopped ham. When done, set aside. In a glass bowl, beat the eggs and add grated cheese seasoned with salt and pepper. Lay the pastry dough in a baking tray and cook it for about 10 minutes at 175°c. Mix the sautéed veggies into egg/cheese mixture then pour in the mixture into pastry dough then let it cook again for another 15 minutes. Very quick! good with salad on the side :)
