Maxi pizza

Lazy again and this is what i actually prepare for my two frenchy when time like this. Pizza rapido! katulad ng aking mushroom-ham tart, in 30 minutes ang table ay ready na but this time i made my maxi pizza just only for 15 minutes. Muntik pa ngang masunog kasi i set the oven to the maximum setting ( nagmamadali talagang kumain ang tamad hehehe ) :)

Ang mga sangkap :                        1 maxi roll of ready made pizza dough

pizza sauce ( in brick, preferably henz )

150g mozzarella

1 big onion ( sliced into rings )- i omitted coz daughter doesn't like

2 slices of scrap hams

100g smoked ham ( diced )

basil leaves ( frozen )

Lay the pizza dough into square pizza tray ( i have not had square pizza tray but instead i used grill from the oven. Spread pizza sauce on pizza dough. Sprinkled with basil leaves then make the toppings and finished with grated mozzarella. Oven for 15 minutes at 260 °c. Voilà! Instant pizza :) I enjoy mine, drizzling with infused spicy oil. Hot! hot! hot! wha-terr pls. :)
