Life with cheese

Life isn't getting easy without cheese. I am a big fan of CHEESE!!! kahit anong shape pa sya ( kahit nasa lata o bote papatusin ko yan ) I am happy to be in a country wherein you can find loads of cheese. My favorite is goat's cheese. I also like creamy and soft cheeses. We are all into cheese at kahit na si Mia ( our cat ) ay crazy sa pagtalon kapag hinahagisan ng thin slices na keso ni Claudebiko :)

It just happened that we always had president's mark cheeses in the fridge. There are so many brands. Maloloka ka sa kakapili sa grocery. Sometimes i also buy italians cheese using for baking and cooking ( tiramisu and pizza ) Now, that i find easily the famous american cheese- "Philadelphia" cream cheese in the supermarket, ( only in Monoprix ) i often use it when making cheesecakes ( nothing beats! ang sarap i already tried so many kinds of other brands )Will try to post a cheese a day and would also like to share some recipe's using cheese in the future entry :) Say cheese click! click! click!
