Palpak cheesecake II

Each year, one failed! last year it was my palpak cheesecake. This year was the mandarine cake that turns -out into ice cream hehehe :)

I threw in the trash the big batch i made but i kept some in the little pots masarap naman! i actually brought 3 pots to mama guds padasal ( ishi-nare daw ba? ) the reason? yung gelatine di tumigas! Grrrr... practice makes perfect! sana maulit muli :)
