My Palpak Cheesecake

I made a cheesecake last week but i was not really satisfied by how it was made
I did not do the water bath baking and it was cracked on top and lastly i put too much flour!
medyo matigas pero kinain ko pa rin! sayang! i bake cheesecake many times pero di maiiwasan ang palpak.
Next time i will post the recipe and i will do better. Promise! :)
