Eclairs

I always wanted to learn making eclairs but having a small working area for making pastries in the kitchen, i always discouraged and ended up buying eclairs from our favorite bakery :)

i purchased 4 different flavors ( mocha, pistachio, chocolate and coffee ) when i had a friend's visit at home

an almond flavor when having a cup of coffee

and vanilla flavor after searching Bibingclara from the crêche

They're all yummy! Nakakainis lahat sila nakakataba! I can't help but buying once in a while :)
