Beef recipe

We love this recipe! i cooked it many times! ( countless ) i also included this dish for our halloween party na talaga namang  very favorite ng aking hubby. i am very happy to cook this yummy spicy dish from ms. connie's cuisine even if i am crying all the time when i am making the paste hehehe :) imagine 12 shallots ( mega-cry talaga ako sa pagbalat ) next time! i will use swimming googles para di ako napapagkamalang drama queen :) this dish is actually full of work but super sulit dahil talagang ubos ( i only made one batch about 1 kilo ) sauce palang pang ulam na! I promise, promise and promise sa mga friends ko na hindi nakapagbalot next time i'll cook more so you'll enjoy more :)
