Carbonara

We habitually eat pasta during lunch time. Quick and easy! My first Carbonara :)
i made my first ever attempt of cooking pasta carbonara. i cooked it so quickly! i dont mesure and i used only what available ingredients i have in the fridge :)
Ingredients :
Sphagetti noodles
Bacon
Eggs
Grated cheese
Grana padano cheese
Salt and Pepper
First, cook the noodles in a boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes ( al dente )
                                                      using whole wheat sphagetti noodles
In a pan, cook the chopped bacons until slightly crisp set aside
meanwhile, in a glass bowl beat the eggs, add grated cheese+grana padano seasoned with salt and pepper
of course, i have beside me my makulit anak na si Bibingclara ( my assistant )
In the same pan ( with a little oil from bacon ), add the cooked spaghetti noodles, cooked bacon and throw in the egg mixture. Toss in until the noodles absorb evenly the sauce.
voila! my carbona 
Carbonara turned out not creamy at me mga lumps ( i guess because of the cheese i used ) and maybe because i made it ng mabilisan. Hubby and i ate the catastrophique carbonara ( kahit na di maganda ang  kinalabasan ) Good thing, wala namang sumakit ang tiyan sa amin at etong si Claudebiko ay humihirit pa until tumaob talaga ang kawali ( naubos nya ) hehehe Well, next time will do it well and will try to use parmesan cheese :)
