Chocolate charlotte

The real Charlotte is here! Bibingclara likes to contribute in the kitchen so during baking time, i let her doing her part. Good thing she listened to me very well so i didn't need to get mad ( except she accidentally spill some expresso when dipping ladyfingers ). Baking with childrens together need a lot of patience :). So here's our step by step recipes of Chocolate charlotte :)
250g dark chocolate
30 pcs lady fingers ( biscuits )
75g butter
5 eggs ( separated egg yolks )
30g white sugar
1 cup expresso
a pinch of salt
separating egg whites
beating eggs

Directions :
1. Water-bath 200g of cracked chocolates ( keep the rest for decoration ) with butter. Mix until completely soften and melted.
2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar. Add the melted chocolates and mix well. In another bowl, add the salt to the eggs whites and beat until stiff. Mix delicately the two mixtures together.
3.Slightly dip each lady fingers on expresso and arrange them in a round mold - spring form pan ( i used small one ) Pour in the mixture in the middle.
we made 3 batches of this 
4. Place it in the refrigerator for couple of hours. Unmold and transfer into small plate. Before serving, decorate it with remaining chocolate chips on top :)
