We planned to go for a picnic with Claudebiko's longtime friend Ophee ( from Belgium ) few days ahead but we ended up having lunch at home. The weather yesterday was so agreable, having picniquing at the park will be a big mess ( lots of people ) and for sure we'll find a difficulty to find a place. We discouraged much to go outside but good thing we have a wide balcony so we eat and had our lunch al fresco :)

we had pancit, chicken adobo and kan-Innnnnn
dessert- i made Biko! - sticky rice cake
( i personalized it on top using coconut jam, haven't had the time to make "latik"-coconut milk curd )
When we have visitor, i used to make filipino foods, a good timing to introduces filipino dishes like the famous adobo. Easy, simple, economical and yet delicious!
