Canada mode

Last weekend was a little break from dieting and i crave for upside down apple tart. Since i am missing apple tart so much, i followed my crave for it and made one! Yum!
Ingredients:
1 roll of croustipate pie crust pasty
25g butter
6 canadian apples
sugar
Here's how:
Melt the butter in a pan. Arranged quartered apples in a pan sprinkled with sugar. Cooked in a medium heat by turning each side frequently for about 25-30 minutes or until the apples gets soft and absorbed all liquid from the butter and sugar ( caramelized ). When done, transfer into baking dish and covered with pie crust pastry. Baked at 175°C for 20-25 minutes. Invert into a large plate and serve :)
                                                                     Mmm... magnificent!
Before we had our upside down apple tart, of course we had first the leek soup ( recipe found from luxe de campagne ) i found this wonderful recipe while i was on a search for something i could eat with tuna flakes as the author says, this leek soup is a canadian recipe and it can also good with salmon :)
