Betty Boop eyelashes

I always have my eyes on Betty Boop! One afternoon, while reading a magazine, i saw big double BB weee it's betty boop! It says here some tips on how to get betty boop eyelashes look ( an effect of false inverted eyelashes ) I do not need to have a big round eye like mademoiselle betty, but using 2 mascaras could get a look like miss boop! :)

Must have to decide which duo mascara i must get ( it depends on a budget )
