Merry Curry

I am missing eating papa's chicken curry! That other day, i crave for a chicken curry, a mild-spicy chicken curry. Two years ago, we attended a birthday party and discovered how they make their chicken curry differently by adding condiments to enhance its taste. The best curry i have ever tasted aside from papa's version :)
raquel's chix curry with chopped cucumber, crisp bacons and mango chutney on the side
Because of missing eating chix curry, i also do mine and here's how:
2 chicken fillet
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tetra pack tomato sauce
50cl coconut milk
juice from 2 oranges
peanut oil
In a skillet, heat oil sauté onion then powder with curry. Mix all together. Now, add the chopped bell pepper+chicken fillet and orange jus. Let it cook for a few minutes or until the chicken turns brown before adding the tomato sauce and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
served with steamed rice
Obviously how big portion of rice i ated with my chicken curry. I also had "sawsawan" na patis na me sili ( bird's eye chillis ) no spoon and fork Nagkamay ako! hmmm... na miss ko :)
