Torteau fromager

I am fond of soft pastries wherever i am and i fell instantly in love with the torteau fromager ( a regional pasty of poitou-charentes a base of cows or goats cheese known as typical cheesecake from deux-sevres in france ) the first time i have tasted it, i can still remember that it was four long year ago :)
I like this version ( the taste as well ) where i can buy in the supermarket well sealed bought for 1.95 euros
Dont get me wrong but the burned part ( whole top ) can be eaten
I can also find tourteau fromager freshly in the bakeries for the price like about 2.50 each or sometimes they make a promo by buying two pieces at 4.00 euros
soft inside and i can taste the freshness of the cheese it reminds me the softness of my father's pasalubong when i was little ( it can be mamon or pianono ) i will have to give a try making torteau fromager soon at home but i have not to forget to buy a special baking tray and will need to do a good recipe research of it :)
