Pineapple pie

I am meaning of making peach mango pie à la jollibee, but since no peaches nor mangoes available in the pantry, i ended up making Pineapple pie. Pineapple filling adapted from Asian in America Pineapple tarts. 

i used store bought pastry dough and used pie mold

Yummy pineapple pies. Next time will try to make a batch of Buko pie. Will gonna post the recipe on my pie blog, Pie's and S'more :)
