Miryenda Pie

Syempre pagkatapos ng lunch at ayusan ng aparador
I made apple pie and we had our miryenda around 3pm

here's how i made my apple pie (tarte aux pommes "version americaine")

You will need 5 med apples
 2 dough (for pies)
1 cup of brown sugar

Peel the apples and cut into squares
Lay the dough on the mold

Mix the apples + sugar+raisins+cinnamon
and a little water in a small casserole
put on med fire until caramelized and apples get
soft  (not like a purée)
I put a little butter too to make it more tastier

Then put the apples into the crust

Cover the apples with the second dough
Tuck any excess dough (you can even make a design
using your fingers)

 You can make a little hole in the middle for the evaporation

Set your oven at 220°c and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is brown

 Voila!! Enjoy!!
